In Her Own Words
My approach is to help you discover what works best for you. Your focus will be on solutions not problems, on your strengths not your weaknesses, and on the present not the past. My techniques include anger management, conflict resolution, relationship communication training, and assertiveness training, all of which can be factors in the complexities of marriage and family relationships. I also use cognitive and behavioral techniques to help clients manage: attention deficit; a difficult child; anger; depression; panic attacks; grief; loss; and stress.
